Barnyard Millet Tabbouleh Salad - by Ms. Preeti Bali

Ingredients:
half barnyard millet boiled
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup chopped parsley
half cup chopped coriander
2 tdsp oregano chopped + mint
1 clove garlic crushed
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt +peper for taste

Procedure
Soak barnyard millet overnight and boil,rest to cool
For dressing mix olive oil, garlic,salt,pepper,lemon juice
mix all ingredients
