Barnyard Millet Tabbouleh Salad - by Ms. Preeti Bali

Ingredients:

  • half barnyard millet boiled

  • 1 cup diced cucumber

  • 1 cup diced tomato

  • 1 cup chopped parsley

  • half cup chopped coriander

  • 2 tdsp oregano chopped + mint

  • 1 clove garlic crushed

  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • salt +peper for taste


Procedure

  • Soak barnyard millet overnight and boil,rest to cool

  • For dressing mix olive oil, garlic,salt,pepper,lemon juice

  • mix all ingredients
